Overcoming trauma, abuse or deceit

-- Quote of the Day --

“…the first thing (to overcome traumatic events in life) is that you have to be allowed to go through the grieving process. …At the end of the process you can either decide to be a victim and to go around the rest of your life being ‘the mother who lost her child ‘– or you can say ‘What can I find here’ ‘What can I see here? What can I do that is positive, that will change the energy and can honor my child’s life?’ …otherwise you walk around with this hole…”
