Referral Corner

-- Referral Corner --

Time for another installment of recommended resources for you to check out as time allows:

*The first recommended resource in the list below comes to us from: Tommy Stern, of Added Value Technologies - Thanks Tommy for sending this resource our way!

While this organization is not set up as a non-profit, the mission is for people to see that they have freedom of choice - and the best choice is doing the right thing. It is an encouraging, motivational site helping people become more proactive in life

This organization works tirelessly to bring native wildlife into living rooms and desktops using excellent film footage and simple narration -  learn about nature, and understand how each of us can play a part in preserving it.  This site is where you’ll find in-depth descriptions of wildlife, discussions on issues, actions that you can take to help wildlife, and educational materials that teachers and group leaders can use.

This site offers links to numerous resources within the community of waste reduction including: setting up and running a community waste project, partnerships between community and organizations, networking, startegic information on waste, and more.

-- Review --

I just got word that we received another book review on Trash Talk... The author points people to both amazon, where others are selling used copies, and our site - (I'd recommend going to our site since the most recent edition is there... and we also don't get anything from amazon where others are selling used copies). However, where ever you pick up a copy is just fine - since the point is to help people reduce waste and save money... improving their lives forever.
