…Being very conscious – we tend to head back to habit; it is about making that conscious effort. Once you do, you can recognize that you are starting to feel better, and then you’ll feel excited about it. …You have to change your mindset and not just thinking of it as another thing to do on your list. It is about finding something that works for you. Guilt will sabotage your best intentions so we have to get rid of the guilt - but also accept the responsibility that for every action there is a reaction. So I think one of the biggest challenges is learning how to accept responsibility for every decision without experiencing guilt.
