Uraguay has made huge conscious living advancements for their people setting an example for us all. 

Massive investment in natural resources energy capturing - like rain, wind, water and biomass - allowed the country to cut energy bills for consumers by over 5% and more reductions are underway, helping the individuals extend their budget and create more viable communities. 

They have also created a lot of new jobs in rural areas and as more renewable energies increase, so will the number of jobs.
