Save Money this Summer

 -- Save Money This Summer --

Run dishwashing machines early in the morning (at 5 AM or earlier) or wait until late evening to turn it on - These machines produce a vast amount of heat, which can tax our cooling systems greatly.

Air dry your dishes instead of using the dry cycle in the dishwasher – open the door of the dishwasher and turn on the ceiling fan nearest to the appliance to circulate the moist air around your home. The steam will dissipate quickly, grab a towel and mop up the top rack cups and other dishes where water accumulated, and leave the door open so that the dishes will dry more efficiently.

GAME OF LOVE

Tears and heartache, and pain, and all;
Are just part of this treacherous game.
Insecurities, jealousy, and control;
Are just weapons with a name.
This game is a serious one,
Where wonderful dreams of sweet romance,
Give power to schemes of deceit.

By now you should know the name,
Of this exciting, yet dangerous game;
Whose joy-filled moments of sweet romance,
Entice us to gamble, again and again.
Yet no matter which move a player makes;
Though the pieces may still separate;
The board is in continuous play.
