Radio News...

-- Quote of the Day -- “ I am appalled at the amount of waste in these department stores I’ve seen what they throw out. I understand they cannot re-sell it for many reasons, but they should be donating it to someone who can use it – like Clothes2U.ca – For instance, they might have an open package of something like diapers, or underwear …or one of the items is missing from a package and into the garbage it goes. It just shouldn’t be. …[When stores donate their items to non-profit organizations] it helps them get rid of un-sellable merchandise, cuts down on their waste, gives them a green alternative to landfill [contributions] and provides them with an opportunity to help the less fortunate .” ~ Ernie Janzen (April 15, 2010) Today's quote comes from a Conscious Discussions Talk Radio interview that aired back on April 15th with the founder of the Clothes2U Organization . Moving to the Positive

-- Quote of the Day -- "Any fool can make things bigger, More complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius, And a lot of courage To move in the opposite direction." ~ Albert Einstein Moving to the positive, that is where I am aiming to go today. I have found that when I really pay attention, and watch what is going on, it is amazing how many negative thoughts come into the mind. It is so easy to fall into the trap of negativity, and it takes more effort to be positive sometimes - yet life is so much more enjoyable. I find myself regularly refocusing my thoughts and restarting my "computer" so that I can stay with this positive program. My energy reserve often runs low, and refilling with nature or playing with the dogs, or in the dirt (gardening)... or both - helps me fill that tank back up. Sometimes, when a new obstacle arises I find I am tired just by the thought of taking on something else. And yet when I am in a positive frame of mind, the
