Leonard Rosmarin is a Canadian author who has written at least 10 books as well as 100's of papers and articles on various aspects of francophone literature from the 17th to the 21st centuries. Fully bilingual, Dr. Rosmarin writes in both English and French. He has been decorated twice by the Government of France for outstanding service in the cause of French letters, and was Visiting Professor in the School for Doctoral Studies at the University of Perpignan in the South of France from 1992 till 2002. 

Leonard will be hear to discuss the World of Writing on the Conscious Discussions Talk Radio show... Here's an interesting note for those who are curious about playground construction and the tire recycling industry:
 
Liberty Tire Recycling did some testing earlier this year and found that a 6 inch layer of recycled tire rubber mulch will cushion a child’s fall from as high as 16 feet – making this an ideal ground-cover for playgrounds.
