Refurbish & Repair to Save Money

Refurbish the existing building and reap benefits You are facing problems with an old building? Don’t worry the answer is easy. Refurbish the existing building and reap heaps of benefit. It will improve performance and  add to the beauty of décor and aesthetics. Often upgrading the existing unit is far better than demolishing it and constructing a new one from the point of view of expenses, effectiveness and time.  The appearance from the age of the building can actually  retain its grace and antique value.  Refurbishment will often include repairing the ceiling, glass panes and spraying the front of the building. How to start it off? Starting is easy. In this Internet Age you will not have to trudge from one address to another,  just sit in front of your computer in the privacy and comfort of your own corner and do a search on "architectural spraying", "ceiling restoration", "commercial spraying", "industrial spray painting...

Referral Corner

Carrying Burdens

-- Quote of the Day --  “I couldn’t forgive, until I became sick and tired of being sick and tired. …There will come a point in your life when you just feel angry and things begin to happen and you have to start an inner self-evaluation. Once you do that you are able to make connections – and then you have to make a decision to forgive. …You may not know how you will make that happen, but you have to make that decision even when you don’t know how. …Then you begin to seal the deal in your heart – you have to come up with ‘why’, because the why is going to be what holds you to the process. …Once you have that why – you have to find the ‘what’, what you have in mind will be the result, what the future will look like so that you are not carrying a burden that is bigger then you.” ~ Sahrisa Robertson Today’s quote originates from the Conscious Discussions Talk Radio episode that aired back on April 11th… t...

Better, Wiser Role Models

-- Quote of the Day --  “The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think,  then what to think –  rather to improve our minds,  so as to enable us to think for ourselves,  then to load the memory with thoughts of other men.”  ~ Bill Beattie -- Conscious Discussions Talk Radio --  * Airs live @ 10-11 AM (Pacifc)  - all episodes are archived indefinitely within moments after they air live, and are available for you to listen to later on at any time of day. Recycling Rare Materials

-- Quote of the Day --  “Delegating is a huge success strategy; if you are not willing to delegate you can only get to a certain level of success – you have to be willing to open your hand and hand off some of the things in it otherwise your hand is always full and you aren’t able to take on anything else. …We began giving the staff a bonus if they could keep me off the floor, so that I could run the business from the office. …It is critically important that you continue to grow because what worked 5 years ago is not likely going to work now. …With the cycle of success, how life works: setting a goal and making progress toward the goal the likely hood is that we are going to get stuck along the way. …The process is progress, progress, stuck and unstuck again. So if you can shorten the process between stuck and unstuck it will increase your production in life, you’ll be happier, and provide a better service to the public.” ~ Marnie Sweberg ...

Product Review

-- Reusable Straws --  Andy and I started communicating about a review project for stainless steel drinking straws sold by the Eco-Straws Company ( www.eco-straws.co.uk ) back in early July and due to shipping delays we received the sample by the 23 rd of July, which arrived by airmail in a small padded envelope. In the package there was a scoop straw (for things like smoothies), a straight straw and a curved straw. I was thrilled to see that the sample also came with a cleaning brush – it looks like a stiff, short bristled narrow bottle-brush on a wire handle that is about 19 cm. or 7.5 inches in length.  The first thing my husband said when he saw these products – “ these are fantastic, we have to buy some! ” What I really liked about these stainless steel straws is that they are dishwasher friendly - we tried out the dishwasher option but found only the straight straw would work in our silverware section of the dishwasher, the other...

Healing Sorrow; Experiencing Joy

-- Quote of the Day --  “To live content with small means, to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion, to be worthy not respectable, and wealthy not rich, to study hard, think quietly, talk gently, act frankly… to listen to stars and birds, to babes and sages with an open heart, to bear all cheerfully, do all bravely, await occasions, hurry never – in a word… to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious grow up through the common – this is to be my symphony.” ~ William Channing -- Conscious Discussions Talk Radio --  * Airs live @ 10-11 AM (Pacifc)  - all episodes are archived indefinitely within moments after they air live, and are available for you to listen to later on at any time of day.
