...Where we celebrate the amazing work that so many non-profit organizations do to make this world a better place.

*This recommended resource comes to us from: Chantay Clark who has a passion for the work transition houses offer broken families, women and children on the run... who often have little more than the clothes on their backs when they arrive at houses like the one we are highlighting below.

Since its formation, the mission of House 2 Home has been to improve the quality of life through providing shelter, food and resources to those who are in need.  A charitable, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to promoting empowerment of disadvantaged women.  Strengthening communities, unlocking potential and building hope into the hearts.

House 2 Home maintains a warm, nurturing, stable environment where individuals are given a new outlook on life.  A refuge which the hurting can find solace, cultivate skill sets and foster respect on the inside, as they climb to new heights.  Truly past stigmas are eliminated and those who have suffered from inequalities are empowered once again for lifelong success.

The core mission of House 2 Home is to assist those who call, widowed, divorced, separated, unemployed, drop outs...we are a transitional home, who values those who are in transition, take your hand, place a roof over your head and help you to take the next step.
