Sea Turtle Conservancy: This charity has worked since 1959 to protect sea turtles via research, habitat protection, public education, community
outreach and advocacy. They see turtles as the "canary in the gold mine" since they are key indicators of the health of the environment.

WildAid: WildAid's mission is to end the
illegal wildlife trade by reducing demand on the consumer end. The group's
campaigns work to protect sharks, tigers, elephants, rhinos and marine animals
from poaching and illegal trade.

Royal Society for the Protection of Birds,
founded in 1889 (UK) protects millions of bird species in the UK, owns 200
nature reserves and more.
