Today we are thrilled to bring this project to our readers' attention today :)

Amber (of LearningHaven.org ) told us about this amazing youth group project... well let's have her explain it:

"Right now we’re teaching some of our youth members about senior safety (more important now more than ever due to COVID). The kids loved learning about all the different things that involved taking care of their elders they did not know about. In fact, one of our students (Amber) asked me to pass this page along to you..."

And how could we resist supporting such an awesome achievement. Kudo's to the teachers, school and students who are working to make the world a better place. The impact of writing is profound. One article, one post online, can have a positive affect on hundreds, perhaps thousands of readers... and I can't celebrate this project enough. 

The group put together a wonderful resource for seniors, helping them stay safe at home, with great advice and resources as well:

So let's also talk a little about the Youth Development and Education Initiative ( learninghaven.org ) that Amber works - it is a site proves a child friendly environment for learning for homeschooling, or for holiday, backyard, and vacation activities.
