Q: Before we get too far into the discussion of what it is like for you regarding being an entrepreneur, running the business, managing clients and all that we hope to cover in this interview, I'd like you to explain to our audience what these terms used in your bio actually mean, such as: "A Board Certified Cognitive Specialist", "CPE Provider" and "100X Certified Coach".

Anna: The Board Certified Cognitive Specialist (BCCS) and Certified Cognitive Coach (CCC) are training and certification programs designed for professionals
working with individuals with autism in an educational setting, clients who may
have autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or anxiety.

The exam fee includes 14 C.E.'s of
training and professional certification once exam is passed. My certification competencies are:  Anxiety, Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, Early
Childhood Identification and Inclusion.

CPE Provider: continuing education provider for the State of Texas. .

100X Certified Coach means that my mission is to empower and equip people for prospering as, what we call, "Kingdom Entrepreneurs".

Q: Great! That does explain your expertise... and what does
"Hemispheric Coach" involve?

A: Here, we are looking at the whole person not just their profession or their job.
Everyone has a strength whether it be right brained or left. When
working with people to help them find joy in their life we find out what
their true talent and gifting is.

Q: Entrepreneurs often forget that it is important to perfect our
skills and be prepared for what a new business might involve... What are your thoughts on this?

A: Having processes in place and empowering your employees is important. Do not live in a place of fear. Bucket your days.

Q: When you picture the client attracted to your services... What do
they look like?

A: A person who wants Joy in their life, and to produce well-educated
children and that become World changers.

Q:  And once that client reaches out to sign up for the lifestyle
consultations, what can they expect to receive?

A: Once a clarity call happens, and they are a good fit, they receive an
assessment based on the direction we will be going. Everyone is
different, in a different stage of life, and working towards a different
goal.

Q: When you look back on your earlier life, are there points that stand out
as developing the entrepreneurial spirit you now possess? i.e.: Did your
parents have you work during the summer and after school?

A: When I was young, I wanted to be an anthropologist. I loved discovering
things in the fields and old buildings. When I went to college, I found
math to be very challenging (I took one class many times!)  I had always
been that kid that said I could do anything and would work my butt off
to prove I could do it when others said I could not.

Q: How did you go about attracting a customer base?

A: marketing has been word of month, facebook, radio and articles written.

Q: How do you go about finding balance between the many hidden hours
behind the scenes in running a business, and having a life too?

 A: Knowing two things

1. If I die, I am replaceable.

2. I make better decisions and have much more success from a place of rest.

...Find your place of rest to succeed.

Q: What have you done to stand out, to offer something different and
intriguing to customers?

A: I am a mother of 5 children, 4 launched very successful and one is in
Heaven. I have homeschooled my younger children and ran franchise
businesses. I am involved in my community and active in my church.  I
know my employees and preparing for their next life adventures.
Everything I coach is something I have been through, worked through and
paid thousands of dollars to become an expert.

Q: When you are having a bad day, feeling stressed or overwhelmed - how
do you shake those feelings off and start again?

A: Take care of what needs taking care of. Then do a mind body scan (20
minutes tops) and then review:

What’s going on?

What is my part?

What could I have done differently?

Do I need to apologize to someone?

What do I need to flush?

Do I need to talk with my mentor?

What do I need to plan different?

Q: When it comes to business management what do you consider important?

A: I have a calendar detailing my business.  I plan yearly at high level
then go down to quarterly. I have everything planned out. The most
important question I ask is - Does it work? re: ROI (return on investment). If it isn't working... why?
