I remind myself that tomorrow is another day.
I'm taking this journey one step at a time, doing things the best that I can with the skills and tools that I currently have at my disposal.
Today...
I will focus on positive energy, I will make sure that I do not let my mind fall into a state of negativity or self-criticism.
I remind myself that rest, too, is important - as is self-care.
Get more sleep, and fuel myself with nutritious foods, vitamins, & drinking more water.
For peace of mind I will take more strolls in the fields of flowers."
