Daylight Savings Time Ends today and clocks need to be set back on hour - everyone says we "gain an hour sleep"; I wonder... lol -

Because of schedule constraints, Prize Draw details will be released later today, or tomorrow. I apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

November is officially Alzheimers Disease Month - a time for raising awareness about the disease. On the Conscious Discussions Talk Radio program we featured several experts and experienced caregivers. I encourage you to check out the following archived interviews that I hve chosen below. You'll notice that some of these do not pertain to Alzheimers, but do pertain to dealing with chronic illness, family and friend issues, volunteer opportunities and hospice care as well as learning from those who are ready to pass on from this life.
