Today, I'd like to recommend 3 different TED.com lectures that share the same theme - innovation in design and technology.

The first one offers you the chance to feel wonder at the amazing nature-inspired buliding designs that Danish architect Bjarke Ingels shares in this talk. His buildings not only look like nature — they act like nature: blocking the wind, collecting solar energy, water, creating nature-scapes — and stunning views. The next lecture is a brief, but fun look at how inspiring children to love science can lead to wonderful environmental solutions:


and last, but not least:

Check out this inspiring discussion below about providing Internet access to more than 4 billion people living in places where the infrastructure can't support it. Imagine using LED light bulbs and solar cells or other things to transmit data, watch a video or access the Internet.
