Well, it is time for us to highlight recommended resources for our blog readers. We try to do Referral Corner posts every 2 weeks at least.  


Forkit Over campaign: a food donation program aimed at reduce hunger and waste in the Portland (Oregon, US) metropolitan area. Join the many area businesses that have committed to reducing waste and fighting hunger. Literally hundreds of restaurants, caterers, gardeners, agricultural and food service companies are participating in the program. The area also has a substantial composting program in place for all the unusable food waste.
