Being the Change

-- Quote of the Day --

“…It always starts with that person reflected in the mirror. …Consistent practice builds new brain pathways. Eventually it becomes automatic, but you only get there with consistent regular practice. …New behavior takes time – and there is a certain amount of impatience with yourself and the process; I think it is really important to embrace the process. So be patient with your self. …Fear is an indicator of where our growing edge – I have some beliefs that are generating fear that are keeping me stuck. I like these acronyms for Fear: False Evidence Appearing Real – Finding Excuses and Reasons – Forgetting Everything is All Right. …Take time at the end of the day to write down what you are proud of, what you did well that day – it doesn’t matter what the accomplishment is to the brain, because what the brain hears is ‘I’m a success’ and this changes the thought patterns of your brain.”
