A WAR-TIME LOVE They met at the dance In the old church hall, She was pretty and petite He was handsome and tall. Folks may laugh about Love at first sight, For him and for her, It happened that night.  Her heart skipped a beat As he came thru the door In his Air Force blue On leave from the war. He crossed the room,  Their eyes met,  A magic moment They'd never forget. He said: " I'm Bob ", She Said, " I'm Louise ". He felt shaky, Weak in the knees. He thought to himself, How can this be?
