Knight -- Green Business -- A new project is now being implemented by several Japanese family restaurants that helps conserve biodiversity in rice patties and then serving that rice to patrons of the restaurants.  The Living Things Friendly Rice Paddies project also offers hands-on experience, demonstrations for enhancing biodiversity and both the sharing and creation of techniques for sustainable farming (that also offers profit) and increased biodiversity.
