Basic contracts are very easy to do and are so important to the business. This paperwork can be used to prove business activities when it comes to the accountant, taxes and write-offs. Contracts are especially important if you are working with a partner - in this case you need to have a signed, written agreement as to who will take on specific responsibilities listing job duties and expectations clearly.  Contracts will also explain how the relationship, or the business, will be dissolved should the partnership go haywire.
