   Sam Bentley’s channel focuses on sharing positive news.  Here he is featuring the Buy Food With Plastic organization, operates in several poverty-stricken areas - paying people to collect plastic bottles and bring them to the centre for a free meal.  They employ people to sort the materials and turn it into value-add products – which pays for the wages and the food. This impact of this organization is wide: with over 102,523 meals served to those who would have otherwise gone hungry - but also removing 42 million plastic bottles from the environment and creating 106 jobs. I had the opportunity to re-visit an interview I was invited to do on the  Advisor Podcast    and while listening to it again I discovered this important part of the discussion below about surrounding oneself with positivity in order to heal, recover strength and become our own friend.  “It was always striving for tomorrow – but at that point we stopped that thinking entirely.  We realized that every breath ever moment right now is the golden moment and there is no guarantee that there will be another one. Several months ago, I had the honour of being featured on Michelle Cornish's Blog for a Q&A author interview. By chance, I was inspired to revisit the interview and thought this piece below is of particular value to our blog readers: " The first thing the co-writers, and therefore business partners, should do is create a thoughtful contract. This is a brief document discussing what is expected from each person (what they promise to do), the title of the book, followed by a paragraph outlining the contingency and succession plans.  Here you would discuss what happens if the relationship dissolves, if one person fails to accomplish their side of things, if one or both writers pass on who will now own the rights to this project (once it is published). " When describing people, stay away from hair and eye color, as well as height and  weight. Many writers make the mistake of describing their characters like the  people in a police blotter. Think, instead, about the way you might describe your  friends. Do you know the height and weight of your friends? Do you ever think  about their eye color? These features are not as interesting as other, more complex  descriptors.
