I had the opportunity to re-visit an interview I was invited to do on the  Advisor Podcast    and while listening to it again I discovered this important part of the discussion below about surrounding oneself with positivity in order to heal, recover strength and become our own friend.  “It was always striving for tomorrow – but at that point we stopped that thinking entirely.  We realized that every breath ever moment right now is the golden moment and there is no guarantee that there will be another one. Several months ago, I had the honour of being featured on Michelle Cornish's Blog for a Q&A author interview. By chance, I was inspired to revisit the interview and thought this piece below is of particular value to our blog readers: " The first thing the co-writers, and therefore business partners, should do is create a thoughtful contract.
