There is no “One Size Fits All” when it comes to today’s families but we can definitely have goals and visions in place to help us build stronger families. Too often step-parents and grandparents just are not prepared for the struggles they will face over the years with their new family members. Age, generation gaps and  gender based thinking patterns can all play a role in messing with communication to the point that it destroys family relationships.
