Creston Valley Blossom Festival , powered by volunteers to celebrate the local food hub over a long weekend each spring.  It is a huge thrill to announce this wonderful program along with these fantastic organizations who work so hard to make the world a better place. Dave and I were invited to play a role in the Growing Fresh project... in that the cooking classes will be using our cookbook! The Creston Valley Food Action Coalition also has a booth at the Farmer's Market and we've arranged to do a draw contest for a copy of our cookbook. After that the booth will use our cookbook as a fundraiser for their many many many projects and wonderful work around this beautiful valley. What a thrill it has been to been to play this small role in their projects.
