Kudo's

Kudos !!  Today I'd like to feature a wonderful green business known as EarthEasy.com     Scroll down their website to see the many efforts they have made to green the world and be sustainable.  There are numerous pages on Eartheasy.com ; the gardening pages, composting, home-efficiency pages, food preservation, non-toxic home care, alternate energy, natural pest control, and family play activities come from over 40 years of past living experience. Other tips come from many hours in the library, on the web, interviewing experts in various fields, and from many site visitors who've contributed a wealth of information. https://eartheasy.com/sustainability/ Kudo's to them for the incredible work they have done to make the world a little healthier. ~~   Visit the Brummet's   Main Website Find them elsewhere online  HERE   ~~

Poet Interview

World of Writing - Poet Interview Today we are featuring an interview with author Jess Parker. Jess resides in Madison, WI (US) where she works in business strategy, and has just released her very first book recently. Star Things ,  winner of the 2020 Dynamo Verlag Book Prize, contains ninety pages of " sixty-one brief yet powerful poems work in a broad array of forms, at once playful and dead serious, taking risks, toying with readers’ expectations and delivering seemingly effortless coups de grâce with a sly wink ." The author holds an M.A. of Spanish Literature from UW-Madison and an MBA. Jess invites you to visit her @:   www.jesslparker.com , or at Instagram and Twitter: @jessleapoetry Q: Do you feel like you can do more with poetry than prose? A: While I write both poetry and prose, I lean toward poetry for a number of reasons. Pragmatically, poetry lends itself toward shorter pieces that can be written in the nooks and crannies of the day. As a mom of a ten-mo...

Kudos !!

Kudos !!  Miami's Underline group (Florida, USA) has witnessed the unused space in their city -  spaces underneath the raised platforms built for pedestrians, cyclists, trains and vehicle traffic - and came up with a plan. They have now started to create a linear park offering butterfly garden and native plantings and much more.  Transforming unused city space into a beautiful, wildlife habitat where people can cycle, walk, rest and play is definitely worth the investment for the benefit of birds, bees, butterflies and citizens for generations to come.  Learning from similar projects and attaining advice from High Line Network, Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, 11th street bridge park and Atlanta Beltline , Underline found the process eased by their support.  This is one more reminder that we do not have to take on projects alone. We can learn from those who have taken similar steps before. We can reach out and find networking partners, guides and mentors and a...
