-- Quote of the Day --
“…Coaching is not therapy, advice or counseling. It is about accountability – walking hand in hand to the place that you have defined for yourself. …Drive to the place that is waiting for you to arrive – and guess what you have to manage the wheel too! …when your awareness has you looking at the warning lights, when it says you need new brakes we want to be aware of that. But sometimes we can’t see that and don’t realize we are in overheat mode. So a coach will help you through that and help you determine whether you will be fooled by that in the future. Some people just leave their car by the side of the road! Wow – there goes your life, your dreams that have now become nightmares! …You don’t need to know any more than you already know – let’s go and and get what you want.”--

For Canada it is the first Sunday of June, for the US it is this upcoming Saturday. "In the United States...the first Armed Forces Day was celebrated by parades, open houses, receptions and air shows. Armed Forces Day is celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May, and Armed Forces Week begins on the second Saturday of May and ends on the third Sunday of May. Because of their unique training schedules, National Guard and Reserve units may celebrate Armed Forces Day/Week over any period in May.
