As many of my blog readers are aware, I occasionally share ideas & tips for concerned individuals who are looking to create positive change. You'll notice on the right side of this blog I've placed a link that lists new conscious living tips each time you visit the blog :)
Today's tip:

- Kitchen waste disposal units tend to put unnecessary pressure on overtaxed sewage plants. A much better option is to practice compost or vermiculture (worm composting) methods instead.
