Green Venture welcomes gardening enthusiasts to Hamilton’s 

Seedy Saturday. Seedy Saturday encourages and enables 

gardeners and farmers to connect under one roof, promoting 

seed biodiversity and a strong local food system. This event is 

for anyone and everyone interested in backyard gardening, 

edible gardening, pollinator gardens, sustainability, heirloom 

and organic seed supplies, and more.

The Seed Swap is the star of the show but there is so much 

more packed into this event. There will be a “Seedy Cafe” 

for drinks and food, a book swap, childrens activities, vendors 

selling seeds, gardening and environmentally friendly products 

and 4 free educational workshops.
