D'Arcy's ARC: this animal rescue centre is a registered charity for the rescue and care for domestic cats and dogs. It is entirely funded on the generosity of the public, community services and fundraising activities.

Delkatla Sanctuary Society: is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Delkatla wildlife and migratory bird sanctuary. The more than 140 species of birds  attracts bird watchers from around the globe.

Delta Waterfowl: this conservation group protects duck populations through invasive management programs and conservation of breeding duck habitat, scientific research and hunting regulations.
