There's nothing more vital to our health than rest and a solid sleep on a regular basis. Sadly, so many of us are all vamped up on excitement or our lists and goals or anxiety or pressures at home or at work, kids are worrying us, we may be dealing with the loss of someone close to us, our aching backs and twinging legs and restless minds, headaches and ambient noise... affect us all. Lack of rest and sleep has become an epidemic with huge impacts on everything from driving accidents and work production levels, to health and personal interactions.
