Wilderness Committee's origins began with just 3 inspired residents. Today they are able to conduct research and education about the need to conserve Canada's wild places and species for the benefit of present and future generations.
Whispering Hearts Horse Rescue rehabilitates abused, neglected or abandoned horses, collaborates with people that can no longer care for their horses, & strives to prevent the experience of being sent to auction & the sad trauma of being sent to slaughter.
